The 12th Foundation Day of OBVS Santha was celebrated on 21st August, with great zeal and devotion on the auspicious occasion of the birthday of Chairman, Mr. Ravindra Nikam Sir. The day began with a series of social welfare activities that reflected the values and vision of the institution. A tree plantation drive was organized to promote environmental awareness, while food was donated to the blind children at Morane, spreading joy and compassion. In addition, a blood donation camp and a free health check-up program were conducted, emphasizing the Santha’s commitment to community health and service.
Adding to the significance of the day, the foundation stone of a new course building was also laid, marking another milestone in the journey of growth and development of the Santha. The entire OBVS family, including the Pharmacy, Engineering, Polytechnic, and Nursing staff, came together to actively participate in the celebration. Their united efforts and enthusiasm made the event not only memorable but also a true reflection of the Santha’s dedication to education, service, and social responsibility.
