Women’s Empowerment

The “Women’s Empowerment” program, organized by Prof. Ravindra Nikam College of Pharmacy (PRNCOP), was successfully conducted on Thursday, September 11, 2025, beginning at 11:30 AM in the college classroom. The event aimed to inspire confidence and raise awareness about gender equality and women’s rights among students and staff. Advocate Rohini Mahajan served as the keynote speaker, delivering an insightful and motivating session on various aspects of women’s empowerment, including legal rights, personal growth, and societal participation. Her talk encouraged participants to embrace leadership roles and work toward creating an inclusive environment. The program concluded with an interactive discussion, allowing attendees to share their thoughts and ask questions, making the session both informative and engaging.
