Workshop on Pharmacovigilance Week

On 18th September, Prof. Ravindra Nikam College of Pharmacy organized a workshop as part of Pharmacovigilance Week on the topic “Overview of Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Research.” The guest speakers for the event were Mr. Vishal C. Sonawane, Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate at Prime Vigilance Ltd., Pune, who shared valuable insights on pharmacovigilance practices, and Mr. Kaustubh V. Prabhune, Clinical Research Associate at Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd., Ahmedabad, who highlighted the scope and importance of clinical research in the pharmaceutical sector. A total of 92 students from T.Y. and Final Year B. Pharm actively participated in the workshop and gained useful knowledge about career opportunities in these fields. The program commenced with the introduction and felicitation of the speakers and concluded with a vote of thanks. The entire event was successfully conducted under the guidance of the Training and Placement Cell of the college.
